Christos Lalos was born in Athens. He holds a PhD from the University of Alicante, specializing in Information Systems. Graduated bachelor in Informatics in Administration and Economics, holder of 2 Masters in Digital Systems of University of Piraeus and MBA Business Administration of University of Nicosia, graduate of pedagogical studies and certificate adult trainer. From 2005 until today, he worked in various companies and public sector institutions. At the moment he works at the Ministry of Finance and in particular at the Special Service for Jut Transmission Development . He has numerous international publications and studies.
