Adriana Ornellas is an Associate Professor at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and a member of the NODES research group. She holds a PhD in Education from the University of Barcelona (2007). Her research interests center on analyzing policies and practices related to the interplay between education and technology, the initial training and professional development of teachers in contemporary society, and equity in education through antiracist, decolonial, and intersectional lenses. Dr. Ornellas has coordinated and contributed to numerous national and international educational projects that promote innovation and inclusion in education.
