On 28-29 the BRIDGES consortium has gathered for its second Project Management meeting in beautiful Barcelona.

For the consortium it has been the first face to face meeting after the long pandemic related difficulties for travel.

The main points of discussion were the technological side of the project, with Octaedro Editorial overlooking the development of the Digital Hub (IO4) – one of the main outcomes of our project.

Its design that is based on the Framework for Faculty Development for Digital Education (IO2) developed under the project by the University of Foggia and is guided by several existing theoretical underpinnings such as networked learning, communities of practice, reflective practices etc.

The Framework is derived from qualitative and quantitative research still underway (IO1) which studies emergency remote teaching experiences in 5 European countries and offers solutions to transition to more mature digital pedagogies in Higher Education.
