We are on fire (the project is on)

The Bridges Project kickoff meeting took place on 19 April 2021.

All partners attended the meeting, which was held virtually due to the problems with the COVID-19 pandemic.

This meeting will help to streamline the administrative and communication aspects of the project and the planning of IO1.

Planned activities:

Establishment of the Steering Committee and the Scientific Committee,

Establishment of the Quality Assurance Team (QAT) and discussion of quality and Evaluation Plan (QuEP),

Activation of methods for identifying the external evaluator,

The Steering Committee discusses and approves the Gantt chart to be used as a reference for project time management (see Management) Planning of IO1 activity,

Discussion and approval of the project communication plan,

Discussion and approval of the dissemination plan.
